2. Website Visits (Server Logs)

When you visit this website, our hosting provider automatically processes data your browser sends: IP address, date and time, URL requested, amount of data transferred, referrer, browser type and operating system. We use this data to operate the website securely and reliably. It is typically kept for a few days, longer only where there are indications of misuse.

3. Hosting

This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 512 2nd Street, Suite 200, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA, which processes the data described in Section 2 on our behalf.

4. Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel

This website uses Google Tag Manager (Google LLC) to load the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.). We use them to measure how our pages are used and which ads led to an inquiry. This involves processing your IP address, device and browser information and your interactions on the page – for example page views, answers in the check at /start and clicks on Telegram buttons. These providers may use cookies or similar technologies and may link the data to accounts you are logged into.

5. Third-Party Content

Our pages load content from the following providers, which receive your IP address as a technical necessity:

• Google Fonts (Google LLC) – the “Inter” typeface
• Cloudflare CDN (cdnjs) (Cloudflare, Inc.) – icon and animation libraries

6. Purchases and Payment

We use ablefy (elopage GmbH, Berlin, Germany) to sell our paid offering and process payments. It processes the data you enter at checkout – in particular your name, email address, billing address and payment details – as well as the product selected and the time of order. Payment data (credit card, bank transfer) is processed by the respective payment providers; we do not receive full card details.

7. Course Platform

Course content is delivered via Memberspot (Memberspot GmbH, Rilkestraße 26, 71642 Ludwigsburg, Germany). To set up your access, your name and email address are transferred to Memberspot, which processes access and progress data on our behalf.

8. Contact via Telegram and Email

Our pages contain links that open the messaging service Telegram (Telegram FZ-LLC, Dubai, UAE) with a pre-written message. The message is only sent when you send it yourself in Telegram – you can edit or discard it first. Telegram’s own privacy policy applies to processing within Telegram, including in the members’ channel where our analyses are published. If you contact us via Telegram or email, we process your details to handle your inquiry and delete them once they are no longer needed, unless we are legally required to retain them.

9. Local Browser Storage

On some pages we store information in your browser’s sessionStorage. This data does not leave your device and is deleted when you close the browser tab.

10. Sharing of Personal Information

We share personal information only with the service providers named above and with authorities where we are legally required to do so. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Some of our service providers are located outside your country, including in the European Union.

11. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to access, correct or delete it, to receive a copy of it, and to opt out of certain processing, including targeted advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended. We do not sell personal information and have not done so in the past twelve months.

12. Children

Our services are intended only for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

13. Changes

We update this Privacy Policy when the law, our services or our data processing change. The version published on this page applies.
